This knitting pattern is in English and will be send as a pdf to your mail directly after purchasing.
About the design and construction
Bondi is a slightly oversized sweater featuring elegant drop shoulders and wide sleeves, with key design elements being elegance and timelessness. The sweater is worked top-down in double moss stitch, which creates a beautiful, dense texture with a calm, rhythmic look. The thoughtful construction and refined details make Bondi an engaging project for the experienced knitter. The sweater is seamless.
The project begins with a folded neckline, followed by shoulder shaping and neckline shaping using shoulder increases while working short rows. The front and back pieces are then worked separately and joined under the arms. The body is worked in the round on a circular needle and finished with a twisted rib hem. Finally, stitches are picked up around the armholes, and the sleeves are worked in the round on circular needles, ending with a twisted rib cuff.
